Missions

You will be part of the Biogas/RNG (Biomethane) Business Department and will be responsible for several projects. Your missions will be :

  • Management of active and passive accounting on the ERP (SAGE)
  • Verification and processing of invoices,
  • Coordination with the accounting department at the French headquarters,

Administrative support:

  • Dashboards follow-up,
  • Minutes of meetings,
  • Inventory of expense reports, general expenses (administrative supplies)
  • Furniture (inc. IT) and facility management support,
  • Insurances,
  • Purchase orders,
  • Support for agenda and travel organization of the team,
  • Car leasing follow-up,

HR :

  • Sending of payslips,
  • Employees working hours follow-up,
  • Recording of paid vacations,
  • General support
  • Management assistant: travel reservations, director's diaries, etc.
  • Warehouse management support (delivery notes, stock control, etc. )

In general, you will be the link between the American subsidiary and the parent company in France on the following aspects: marketing, quality and human resources.

Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor 's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Chemical Engineering

5+ years of office management

You are autonomous, organized, know how to

If you speak a second language (French, German or Italian), this is an advantage.

Salary between 50$K and 60$K + benefits
