We are PRODEVAL ITALIA SRL UNIPERSONALE (100% PRODEVAL Group) , a company working in the treatment and upgrading of Biogas from the Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste totaling €20m of turnover forecast in 2023 and 15 employees.

An independent and human-sized company, we provide our clients with tailored solutions for Biomethane production and distribution. Leader on the French market we are now expanding on the European markets and coming on the Italian market with the will to be successful too!


Your main responsibility will be to prepare technical and commercial offers in accordance with the Group commercial strategy for the European market: especially Italy and Germany).

Lead the costing and technical offers :

  • Analyze the specifications and request for quotations from industrial clients
  • Participate in the bid/no bid procedure
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigating solutions
  • Size the equipment according to the catalogs and propose technical alternatives if necessary
  • Consult suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the Purchasing Department to meet customer requirements if necessary
  • Calculate costs for the offers and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Write the technical offers and administrative annexes (technical proposal, schedule, administrative documents, etc.)

Produce the commercial costing tools :

  • Produce and update the commercial costing tools according to the company's commercial strategy and in relation with the other departments
  • Train the sales teams to use the costing tools


To be a Product Referent within the sales team:

  • Answer technical questions from the sales teams
  • Collect product information from the various departments: Design Office, QHSE, Maintenance, Marketing, etc. and communicate it to the field sales teams
  • Be the technical guarantor of the offer templates and product configurators
  • Collect and transmit feedback to improve the offers

Conditions & Qualifications

• Master’s in engineering or Equivalent

• Experience of at least 8 years as a proposal manager, an engineer or project manager with an orientation in sales.

• Experience in the following sectors: industry, oil&gas, renewables, chemistry, etc.

• Ability to analyze costs and propose viable and cost-effective solutions

• Written and spoken English is required, Italian and German are valued.

• Contract Management for tendering

• Good writing skills • Intercultural communications skills

• Enthusiasm and curiosity for technology and renewable energies
