PRODEVAL, headquartered in France, is an established international company specialized in designing and manufacturing Biogas upgrading equipment. Our products are used in converting biogas into biomethane, which creates a 100% renewable energy that can be used to replace reliance on fossil fuels. We are searching for an experienced project manager to join our growing PRODEVAL NORTH AMERICA team, headquartered in Schaumburg, IL.

We operate in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas purification, green mobility ( Bio-LNG), CO2 liquefaction, and after-sales service (maintenance, training, etc.).
You will be responsible for new and ongoing projects:
Ensure operational continuity with customers
· Organize and participate in meetings with clients throughout the project
· Order acknowledgement issuance to customers
· Provide documentation to customers
· Provide layout validation with customers
· Send estimate quotes during projects
· Participate in follow-up meetings with customers
· Provide unloading and delivery signatures with customers when modifications occur
· Collect customers’ power supply information
Manage projects
· Participate in commercial and complete handover notes
· Plan project budgets
· Follow budgets allocated to subsidies
· Oversee and participate in instrumentation & control, and power supply architecture
· Carry out follow-up of building sites
· Follow-up on billing, collection and invoicing
· Provide delivery and unloading organization
· Provide acceptance certificate signatures
· Organize internal and external handovers
Manage quality
· Ensure regulatory compliance with local standards
· Check and validate civil works
· Validate site pre-requisites (erection / commissioning)
· Write preventive site safety plans
· Organize delivery of additional material or equipment during site execution
· Provide site management documentation collection
· Organize experience feedback on products and processes
Profil recherché
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of Project Manager experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
You are highly organized, autonomous and team oriented. You are adept at managing client and vendor relationships and know how to manage customer interfaces. You are experienced in preparing and maintaining budgets. You are concerned about technical, risk and financial issues.
Knowledge in the biogas sector or equivalent (Oil & Gas) is an advantage.
