CO2 liquefaction: 100% CO2 capture to prevent atmospheric emissions

The concept involves capturing CO2 during the Biogas upgrading process before liquefying it and storing it so that it can then be used in various different industries.

CO2 liquefaction - a solution developed by PRODEVAL

CO2 in gas form is cooled using a plate heat exchanger until it becomes a liquid. This liquid CO2 is then collected in a tank as it exits the exchanger. At this point, further distillation of the CO2 is possible in order to produce food grade CO2.

Universal incorporation

Can be incorporated into any Biogas upgrading installation

The quality of the CO2 can be modified

depending on the final use

Continuous or occasional liquid CO2 production

the choice is up to you as the operator

Production is independent

from the seasonal fossil CO2 market
